Ashei was surprised.
"I should hope that you can. I know she's happy out away from the palace, and if word got around to her father that she is out here, she would kill someone." He slightly chuckled. "She never has liked the palace."
Katasha was about to walk into the blacksmith's shop when she heard someone talking. Stopping, she peered over her shoulder at two shadowy figures standing in an ally two houses nearby.
"Do you think that she's dead?" One of the figures said. It had a jet black cloak thrown over it's shoulders and a hood covered it's face.
"She has not been seen anywere. I'm thinking the plan worked." The other one said.
Katasha nearly let out a squeak of horror but stopped herself. She quickly slinked into the buidling, not wanting to hear anymore, or be caught.

Now it was Tapio's turn to laugh. "I'll keep that in mind." He grinned. "We left mostly out of boredom we are adventures at heart after all. But..." He looked around making sure that noone was eavesdropping then continued in a low voice. "If you want to know I think one of the reason that Falaroy wanted to leave is because..."
Unfortunately Tapio never got to finish and Ashei would have to wait on Falaroy's little secret because at that moment the fairy knight jerked suddenly awake. Wether it was he could sense in his slumbering state that his cat was about ready to spill the beans on him or it was just mere coincidence the fairy woke up with his fists in the air and in a loud voice he cried out.
"Come at me! I'll beat you both up to..."
Falaroy blinked and looked around. "Uh...where am I? Where's Lady Katasha?" The fairy's blue eyes caught sight of elf knight. "Who are you?" He asked craining his head to gaze up, up, and up at the tall elf.
Tapio let out a sigh. Aw. And I was getting to the good part. He thought and answered his master's questions.
"One, we are at a village. Two, Katasha getting her sword sharpened and three, that's Sir Ashei a knight like yourself. He's the one who helped us kill that Nyrie."

Ashei slightly nodded a greeting.
A few bits later, Katasha came out with her sword shiney and sharpened. The two odd people that she had heard were no where to be seen.
"I'm back." She called out, striding over to the group.

"Good news!" Annouced Tapio. "Sleeping Beauty is awake!"
The fairy knight made a face. "Haha..very funny." He muttered flapping his wings and taking to the air. With his back to the cat
"Such a pity." Purred Tapio. "I was going to have Katasha kiss you to wake you. Just like last time."
This made Falaroy's face turn brighter then a red cherry. He pretented that he didn't hear Tapio's remark (though his face said otherwise) and turned his gaze skyward.
He raised a surprised eyebrow. "Uh...How long was I asleep? It was early morning as I remembered and the sky is darkening. Did I just sleep all day?"

Ashei slightly chuckled.
"Well, you've been asleep for about... a few hours, or so?" Katasha shrugged, peering up at the sky. "I haven't paid much attention. I would like to get a move on, so lets go."

Falaroy stared hard at the sky. A frown grew on his face. "I don't like the looks of that. No indeed." He sighed and turned his attention back to the elf. "Where to my lady?"

"Theres a road out of this town that heads over to the heart of this province. I have something to do in the capital city, so I was hoping we could go there. But, if that doesn't sound good to you guys, we could go somewhere else. I just want to get out of this town." Katasha said, glancing over her shoulder.

"Sounds good to me." Answered the fairy knight. "After all Tapio and I, follow the paths that destiny has laid out for us."
"In other words." Added Tapio. "We just wander around aimlessly until something happens."

Ashei sighed and peered back at the town before following.

From the folds of his cloak the fairy took out his silver lyre. "While we be walking, how about I play a few songs on my lyre?"

"Thats fine with me." Katasha said with a shrug. She glanced over into a shadow and saw a cloaked figure staring directly at the group. The color in her face drained before she turned back around, picked up her pace, and quickly left the town.

Sir Falaroy was right beside her, oblivious to what she had seen. "Hmmm...You look a bit pale." He said after studing her face. "And a bit stress if you don't mind me saying. Not surprising after what you've been through."
Plucking a few strings on his lyre he said. "No worries, my lyre will bring the color back into your cheeks."
And with that he began to play a merry tune. Like all introments constructed by fairies, lyre was magical. With it's enchantments woven into it Falaroy could control other peoples emotions depending on what sort of music he was playing.
So when he started to play, his companions (Tapio included) fell under it's spell and felt happy. Wether they liked it or not.

Katasha could not help but smile, feeling a bit of a mood boost.
But while the group headed off, the dark figure in the shadows was not in the least bit happy.
So, she is still alive... He thought, crossing his arms. Another figure quietly crept up behind him.
"Follow them." He hissed to the person behind him, gripping the hilt of his sword as if he were about to whip it out and lop off the person's arm. It nodded fearfully before skulking away.

Falaroy finished his song and bowed. "There! See what I told you? Nothing but good enchanted music to lift the spirits!"
"Prehaps next time you could play us a love song." Said Tapio giving Ashei a rather sly grin. "I'm sure the lady and knight would love to hear something romantic."

Katasha glared at the cat before giving him a playfull shove. "Eh, no thanks."
She glanced back in the direction of the town, noticing that the sky was getting much darker, even though it was in the middle of the day. "I'm going to scout around for a bit. If I spot any evil critters I'll give you a call." Katasha said, picking up her pace. She needed a few moments alone to think over what had happened in the town.
